A2 goat protein

Why goat protein?

At Lykaia we want to live healthily and provide ourselves with high-quality food. That's why we advocated for a protein based on A2 milk. We produce our A2 protein from goat's milk because we can be sure that it is A2 milk and - unlike cow's milk - this milk is neither contaminated with hormones nor homogenized. Lykaia goat protein tastes neutral and definitely does not taste like goat. Thanks to its creamy texture and stability, goat protein is also ideal as a baking and cooking ingredient.
