  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp forest cocoa
  • 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 30g A2 goat protein

  • 3 dates

Preparation as a shake

The protein shake is prepared in less than 3 minutes. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a smoothie blender and enjoy straight away as a shake.

If you want to know whether you should take protein shakes before or after training , feel free to check out this blog article next.

Preparation as a smoothie bowl

Alternatively, due to its creaminess, you can prepare the shake as a smoothie bowl and garnish with toppings of your choice. If necessary, use a little less milk/water or optionally add a handful of frozen zucchini. It may sound strange at first to combine vegetables into a sweet smoothie bowl, but the zucchini makes the consistency like "real" ice cream. Try it out!

What is A2 goat protein?

First of all: it doesn't taste like goat! Lykaia A2 Goat Protein is a creamy and neutral protein powder made from A2 goat milk. It is fluffy, soluble and versatile. If you have been looking for a well-tolerated and creamy protein powder made from A2 milk, here it is: Lykaia A2 Protein, the first and only A2 protein powder on the market.

Why is A2 milk better?

A2 milk is a more original type of milk that comes from sheep, goats and occasionally from certain breeds of cows. For almost all people, A2 milk is much more digestible and easier to tolerate than conventional cow's milk. This also applies to the proteins from these types of milk. The so-called A2 casein from goat's milk has a structure that makes it more digestible even for sensitive people with, for example, autoimmune diseases and intolerances. If you would like to find out more about it, read our blog article !
